Quentessa “Tessa” Ledford is a Charlotte native and has been with Miller Cushing Holladay since our first year of operation. Tessa is our Legal Assistant and serves as our clients’ initial point of contact every day. She handles billing matters, office operations, and most everything in between.
Heather Heady is a native of Bridgewater, New Jersey, but has proudly called Charlotte home for several years. As a North Carolina Certified Paralegal, Heather supports Miller Cushing Holladay Partner Chris Miller with all client-related matters. She serves as a main point of contact for all Miller Cushing Holladay clients for their case-specific matters. Heather is a Notary Public for North Carolina.
